"Customer service was okay, just slow"
I ordered from marcjacobs and had to reach out to customer service about a delivery update. They did get back to me and they were polite, but it took a couple days each time, so it felt slow. The issue got sorted in the end, which I appreciated, but I wish the replies had been quicker. It wasnt a terrible experience, just wasnt amazing either.

I’ve been using this bag for a few months now, taking it to work and on weekend errands, and it’s held up really well. The stitching still looks tight, the zipper hasn’t snagged once, and the material hasn’t scuffed or faded like I expected. it still looks pretty much new.

I ordered a bag from marcjacobs.com for my sister’s birthday, and I wasn’t totally sure if I’d picked the right one. The website was easy to use though, and when it arrived, the packaging looked really nice and made it feel like a proper gift.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the shipping updates were kind of slow, and I kept second-guessing whether it was actually going to make it in time. It did arrive before her birthday, luckily, and she really loved it, so overall I’m happy with the purchase.

I wasn’t totally sure if checking out on marcjacobs would be smooth, but it actually went fine for me. The pages loaded quickly, my payment went through without any trouble, and I got the order confirmation email right away. Maybe I just got lucky, but it was simple and I didn’t have to go back and redo anything, which I really appreciated

I ordered from Marc Jacobs and the item did show up in good condition, so I can’t really complain too much. But the shipping definitely felt slower than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, which always makes me feel like my package has entered some secret warehouse black hole they don’t want us to know about. It all worked out in the end, but yeah, not exactly a lightning-fast delivery experience.

"Order was fine, tracking was a little stressful"
I ordered from Marc Jacobs and the item itself showed up totally fine, so no complaints there. The only thing that was kind of annoying was the tracking. It sat on “processing” for a few days, and then out of nowhere it had already shipped. I did reach out to customer service and they actually replied, which made me feel a bit better. I just wish the updates were clearer and a little quicker. Overall not a bad experience, just a bit stressful when you’re waiting around with no real info
